Hi-Rise Member - $45.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) This special building membership is for hi-rise members only. Members at this level will have the same membership benefits as Individual members. Participating Hi-Rises include: William Penn House, 2101 Co-op, The Savoy, Two Liberty Place, Penn Center House, Ten Rittenhouse, and The Warwick Condominiums.
