Don't miss the 58th Annual Center City Residents' Association (CCRA) Fall House Tour, Sunday, October 23rd from 1 to 5 pm, rain or shine. This once-a-year open house tour features a great mix of eleven highrises townhouse residences. This year's tour features a solar powered all electric home in Fitler Square and one of the gems on the "secret" block of Center City, Ringold Place, which contains 26 homes erected in 1862. We are grateful to this year's tour sponsors: AMC Delancey, Allan Domb Real Estate, Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP, Clemens Construction, Dranoff Properties, Robin Apartments, and Solar States.
The self-guided tour begins at Trinity Church, 22nd & Spruce Streets in Fitler Square or Beth Zion Beth Israel (BZBI) at 18th& Spruce Streets (½ block south of Rittenhouse Square). Participants receive a booklet with house descriptions and a route map which entitles them to a day-of-tour 15% discount on food for dinner at area restaurants (reservations are suggested), including Audrey Claire, Crow & The Pitcher, La Fontana Della Citta, and Twenty Manning Grill.
Tour tickets are $35. Tickets are available with a credit card through the CCRA by website, by calling (215) 546-6719, or mailing a check to CCRA (1600 Market St., Suite 2500, Phila. 19103)
